A peaceful stay,
for everyone.

Please read carefully. The rules are few — they keep the ashram what it is.
Accommodation
  • · Rooms are allotted based on the category booked. Specific room requests are not entertained.
  • · Room changes are considered only if availability permits.
  • · This is a spiritual healing ashram — please do not expect resort-like facilities.
Dress & Decorum
  • · Wear decent, modest clothing suitable for an ashram.
  • · Comfortable cotton clothes and yoga attire are advised for daily activities.
Discipline
  • · Do not leave the ashram campus during your stay.
  • · Alcohol, tobacco, non-vegetarian food and intoxicants are strictly prohibited.
  • · Outside food is not allowed — it may interfere with treatment and recovery.
  • · Any indulgence in prohibited items will result in immediate discharge.
Treatment & Schedule
  • · Follow treatment and activity timings punctually for full benefit.
  • · Lectures and prayers are part of your healing — please do not miss them.
  • · Maintain silence and rest between 12:30 and 14:00.
  • · Avoid group chats or gatherings after 21:30.
Cancellation & Refund
  • · In case of early discharge, 25% of room rent for remaining days is deducted.
  • · Guests aged 75–80 must provide a 2D Echo and other reports from the past six months.
  • · Rescheduling is allowed only within 3 months of the booking date.
Surroundings
  • · The ashram is near villages — occasional festival noise is not under our control.
  • · Please help keep the campus clean and green at all times.

Pack
light and cotton.

    Proof of online booking and advance receipt.

    Recent medical reports and current medications.

    Glucometer if you are diabetic.

    Comfortable, loose cotton clothes for yoga and treatments.

    A shawl or light jacket — mornings and evenings can be cool.

    Woollens for winter (Oct–Feb) or monsoon.

    An umbrella and appropriate monsoon footwear.

    A bed sheet for massage treatments.

    Easy-to-remove, non-slip chappals or sandals.

    Comfortable walking shoes.

    Basic toiletries and personal care items.

    A towel for daily use.

    Mosquito repellent (Good Knight, Odomos).

    A refillable water bottle.
