A peaceful stay,

- · Rooms are allotted based on the category booked. Specific room requests are not entertained.
- · Room changes are considered only if availability permits.
- · This is a spiritual healing ashram — please do not expect resort-like facilities.
- · Wear decent, modest clothing suitable for an ashram.
- · Comfortable cotton clothes and yoga attire are advised for daily activities.
- · Do not leave the ashram campus during your stay.
- · Alcohol, tobacco, non-vegetarian food and intoxicants are strictly prohibited.
- · Outside food is not allowed — it may interfere with treatment and recovery.
- · Any indulgence in prohibited items will result in immediate discharge.
- · Follow treatment and activity timings punctually for full benefit.
- · Lectures and prayers are part of your healing — please do not miss them.
- · Maintain silence and rest between 12:30 and 14:00.
- · Avoid group chats or gatherings after 21:30.
- · In case of early discharge, 25% of room rent for remaining days is deducted.
- · Guests aged 75–80 must provide a 2D Echo and other reports from the past six months.
- · Rescheduling is allowed only within 3 months of the booking date.
- · The ashram is near villages — occasional festival noise is not under our control.
- · Please help keep the campus clean and green at all times.
